This qualification is aimed at individuals working in a senior business administration role. It aims to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding across a range of administrative practices and tasks, e.g. managing information.
It forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the Advanced Apprenticeship Framework in Business Administration and can also be used on a stand-alone basis.
To complete this qualification learner should expect to undertake between 282 and 432 hours of learning, depending on their unit choices.
These may include manage personal and professional development, principles of business communication and information, contribute to the improvement of business performance, contribute to the development and implementation of an information system, administer parking and traffic challenges, representations and civil parking appeals and Prepare text from recorded audio instruction.
This qualification is assessed by a portfolio of evidence.
